The four applications of deburring equipment:

1. The main purpose of dust removal brushes and deburring equipment is to be installed at the inlet and outlet of industrial equipment, assembly lines, doors and windows, etc., to prevent dust from entering through these gaps and contaminating equipment and products. Therefore, the requirements for bristles are high elasticity, smooth appearance, good Z-quality, and anti-static.

2. Polishing brushes are mainly used for removing burrs, fine polishing, and other treatments. Therefore, the type and characteristics of the brush are determined according to different requirements. If steel plates with strong hardness need to be electroplated and polished, the ideal brush should be bronze wire. If it is general metal data rust and burr treatment, steel wires with better hardness can be selected;

3. Cleaning brush is a commonly used industrial roller brush, which is generally used for deep processing of agricultural and sideline products, cleaning of fruits and vegetables, and industrial general cleaning, dust removal, and scale removal. The brush requires good wear resistance, high elasticity, corrosion resistance, and aging resistance. The burr equipment is not easy to deform after long-term operation. If the brush function is not good, when the object forms a brush roller groove in a certain direction for a long time, the use function of the roller brush will be destroyed, and even the entire brush roller will be ineffective;

4. Grinding brushes are rarely used. Generally, industrial grinding will be directly completed using grinding tools such as grinding wheels, which are not in the field of industrial brushes. However, for textile grinding processing, silicon carbide grinding brush rollers will be used. The mesh size (density) of silicon carbide and the strength of the grinding fabric need to be adjusted appropriately.

Plant brushes are used for cleaning, cleaning, painting, transportation, degreasing, laminating, dust removal, powder spraying, cleaning, and other purposes.
