The primer sanding machine plays a key role in the coating process, and its sanding effect directly affects the quality of the final product. The main purpose is to level the surface of the workpiece and prepare for the subsequent coating process.

1. Primer polishing - After polishing, it can eliminate the unevenness on the surface of the workpiece and improve the smoothness, preparing for the next coat of paint work. It can be used alone and applied in PE paint coating and PU paint coating. This device can adapt to various types of paints and meet sanding quality requirements by configuring corresponding sanding components.  

2. Thick edge polishing - After spraying the edges of the stacked plates, the phenomenon of thick edges on all four sides of the plate surface can be eliminated by polishing. It can be used alone or in combination with two machines, and can also be used in conjunction with a painting line.

3. Pre treatment polishing and polishing of workpieces before painting can eliminate the phenomenon of black edges after rolling coating, and have a significant effect when used in conjunction with coating lines.

4. Forming an automated assembly line, including a rolling coating assembly line and a spraying assembly line, which can be integrated with other coating equipment to form a continuous production line, in order to improve production efficiency and product quality. It is generally used in NC paint coating and UV paint coating.
